Returns & Refunds
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Retail orders are eligible for size exchanges. Custom private-label and bulk production orders are made to order and are non-returnable once a pre-production sample has been approved.
How to request a return
- Look up your order below using your order number and email.
- Open the order and choose “Request a return”.
- Add the reason and upload a photo of the issue.
- Our team reviews and responds within 2 business days with a resolution.
