Inside Our Garments Factory in Lahore: How Blaze Garments Manufactures Kids’ Apparel

Most buyers researching a garments factory in Lahore never actually see one — they see a product catalogue, a WhatsApp number, and hope for the best. We think that’s backwards. Here’s a straightforward look at where Blaze Garments operates, how a garment actually moves from raw fabric to a finished, packed shirt, and what that process means for the retail, wholesale, and private-label orders that come through our factory.
Where We’re Based
Blaze Garments operates out of Lahore, Pakistan — near Kot Lakhpat, in one of the country’s established garment manufacturing and export corridors. Lahore has been a garment and textile hub for decades, which means the surrounding supply chain — fabric mills, trim suppliers, printing and embroidery units, freight forwarders — is mature and close by. That matters more than it sounds: shorter supply chains mean fewer delays and more predictable lead times on your order.
From Fabric to Finished Garment — Our Process
Fabric Sourcing & Cutting
Every order starts with the fabric — Turkish imported weaves, cotton check, or standard cotton blends, depending on the style and budget. Fabric is inspected before it ever reaches the cutting table, and patterns are graded across the full size run before cutting begins, so sizing stays consistent from the smallest piece to the largest.
Stitching & Construction
Cut panels move to the stitching line, where construction follows the tech pack or reference spec for that style — collar, cuff, placket, and seam details built to match what was approved at the sampling stage, not reinterpreted on the floor.
Branding — Embroidery, Print & Labels
For private label and custom orders, this is where a garment becomes a brand’s own product: embroidery, screen or puff print, woven neck labels, and hang tags are applied in-house rather than outsourced to a third party.
Quality Control
Checks happen inline — during cutting, during stitching, and again before packing — rather than only at the very end. Catching a stitching issue in the first few dozen pieces of a run is far cheaper than discovering it after the whole batch is finished.
Packing & Export Shipping
Finished garments are folded, polybagged (custom packaging available for private label orders), and prepared for either local dispatch or international courier shipping, depending on where the order is headed.
What We Manufacture
The same factory floor supports three different ways of buying from us:
- Retail — ready-made kids’ and casual apparel, sold individually.
- Wholesale & bulk — the same styles in bulk quantities at tiered, factory-direct pricing, MOQ from 50 pcs.
- Private label / OEM — fully custom garments built to your own design, fabric, and branding, sample MOQ from 1 set.
Why Buyers Choose a Lahore-Based Factory
Working directly with a Lahore garment factory — rather than a trading agent — means you’re talking to the people who actually control your production timeline, your fabric quality, and your price. There’s no intermediary adding a markup or a layer of miscommunication between your specification and the factory floor. For international buyers in particular, that direct line tends to mean faster answers and fewer surprises once production is underway.
